Know exactly what your dog needs to travel with a personalised plan, created for every trip.
There is nothing better than travelling with your dog. New places, long walks, the kind of trip that feels complete because they're there too. And once you've done it abroad, you wonder why you didn't do it sooner.
But pet travel is more complicated than it looks. Travelling with your dog around the UK and EU means navigating a specific set of requirements — vaccination timing, a vet certificate that has to be issued within days of your travel date, and treatments that need to happen in a particular order. It's not impossible, but the sequence is easy to get wrong. Let's Go Bear builds a complete plan around your travel date — every step in the right order, every deadline clear. Tell us about your dog and when you're going. We'll take care of the plan; you focus on the trip.
Set up your digital dog passport in under five minutes. Every record, every requirement, every step of the journey.
Name, date of birth, microchip status, and any vaccination dates you have. The details matter more than you'd think — they tell us whether your dog can legally travel, and they're what every deadline in your plan is built around.
Where you're leaving from and where you're going. Let's Go Bear pulls every requirement for your specific route, with every deadline tied to your travel date.
A clear checklist showing what's complete, what's pending, and what needs attention before you travel. Everything in one place.

Our story
I built Let's Go Bear because I was standing in your shoes and felt the stress of travelling with my dog.
The first time I tried to take him abroad, I spent weeks piecing together what I needed — reading government guidance, calling the vet and never quite sure I'd got the timing right until we were actually at the border. It was far more stressful than it needed to be.
We made it and Bear loved every second of the trip. But I kept thinking: this shouldn't have been that hard to figure out.
So I built Let's Go Bear so other dog owners don't have to go through that. You should be planning where you're going and feeling the excitement, not the worry about whether you've missed a vet appointment or have the right paperwork.
Tell us about your dog — their date of birth, microchip status, and vaccination history — and give us your travel date. We build a complete compliance plan showing every step you need to take, in the right order, with clear deadlines. You can save it to your account and come back to it any time.
As early as you can. Some requirements — like a rabies vaccination — need to be in place at least 21 days before travel, and if your dog isn't yet microchipped or vaccinated, you could need three to four months of lead time. If everything is already in place, it might be just a few weeks. Tell us your travel date and we'll show you exactly where you stand.
We cover dog travel between the UK and Europe. Routes and destinations are expanding regularly — join the beta to stay ahead of what's coming.
Not at all. The compliance requirements for travelling with your dog are the same regardless of how you cross. Your plan will cover everything you need whichever route you take.
Not at all. Tell us your travel date and we'll show you exactly where you are in the process and what's still left to do.
We work with vets and official government and travel requirements and guidance, and update our guidance whenever the rules change. We always recommend confirming with your vet before travel.
Your plan is built from the requirements at the time you create it. We'd always recommend logging back in close to your travel date to check for any updates, and confirming the latest with your vet before you go.
